We have completely renovated the exterior with the façade improvement incorporating natural lumber and a look that makes it feel like a neighbor hood shopping center. We demised the spaces on the interior to make them more conducive for small businesses to expand and grow. We were able to help with new HVAC, new roof, along with new electrical services brought to the building.
From 2019 to 2021 we have been working hard to secure long term leases with small businesses. We have been fortunate to rent out a large amount of the space to Hollandberry Pannekoeken, a well respected small business here in the community. As well as On Track Boutique, the husband and wife team that owns this has had long standing businesses in the community, the machine shed a start up from a local entrepreneur, and we renewed the lease of Guide Point Pharmacy. We still have two spaces available in this shopping center, and we are excited to announce new businesses will be coming to these spaces soon!
