Status of the Market

The rental market has been very active over the last month. Going into fall we should see a slight downtick in applications submitted for new units, as most people are locking down their leases in the summer months. Prices are holding at a steady rate from where they were about a year ago. The average rent for a 2 bedroom B-Class apartment is hovering right around the $850-$875 mark depending on location.
