“Everyone is welcome,” said co-owner Ty Gundlach. “And we don’t care about the money. We’re building something everyone can enjoy.”
The gym opened Oct. 2, and held its grand opening Saturday, Nov. 4. It’s located at 6101 Rome Circle NW in Rochester, and is open 24/7 365 to members and is staffed Monday through Friday 8am-8pm and by appointment on Saturday and Sunday.” District 507 is open on weekends by appointment only, Gundlach said.
He said it’s a positive market for the fitness industry at the present time. As for what makes them stand out from the competition, Gundlach said their focus on personal training and their superior fitness equipment are key. “It’s the best equipment Rochester has to offer,” he said.
Gundlach also boasts that his gym is a “no drama environment.” It’s a positive, results driven facility, and well serves everyone from beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts.
