Nine Unlimited LLC joins the ranks of downtown Rochester building owners, buying 211 Broadway Ave S for $900,000.
211 Broadway Ave S, known to most as the Ginny’s Fabric store, was built in 1879 and is located just three blocks from the Mayo Clinic, not far from Destination Medical Center’s epicenter. The property is connected to the downtown skyway system and has two tenants.
Realty Growth Inc. agents Robert “Bucky” Beeman and Robert “Bob” Beeman represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction. Within four months of being listed, the Lino Lakes-based buyer came forward to purchase the property.
Ginny’s Fabrics, a local fabric business that has been a feature of downtown Rochester for many years, will continue to occupy the main floor.
Real estate agent Bucky Beeman shared, “We are continually seeing a large amount of interest from investors in the downtown Rochester real estate market. As we go into fall, we see no signs of the market slowing down.”
As for the new owners, they commented, “This is an absolutely beautiful building in the Heart of Rochester's Destination Medical Center. It has a great storefront and subway access. We are pleased with the purchase.”
